Terms & Conditions

• Deposits are non refundable.
• Places are not confirmed until a €50 deposit has been paid.
• The registration/set up fee of €75 is an annual fee which is mandatory as it includes club insurance payment and Gymnastics Ireland membership.
• The registration fee is only payable once per member annually, so if the system adds the €75 again to any additional classes booked by the same child, it will be removed or refunded manually by the administrator. Just send an email and let us know.
• Places in classes are not transferrable, missed classes cannot be made up at another time.
• Fees must be paid in full before the start of term. Term fees (excluding the registration/set up fee) are refundable up to 2 weeks into term, less the cost for classes already attended.
• A sibling discount of 10% can be applied to the 3rd childs fee using the sibling discount code. This discount is valid for the 3rd siblings fee only and is not a reduction per child.
• Parents must ensure all medical information is updated as situations may change.
• Parents must ensure the emergency contact numbers are correct and will be available during class time.
• The club staff are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during training.
• The club staff are not not reponsible for injury during class.
• Parents agree to abide by Gymnastics ireland Code of Conduct for Parents
• Gymnasts agree to abide by Gymanstics Irelands Code of Conduct for Gymnasts
